Where does Hanrej ship from?
Orders are processed through our fulfilment partner Flex Fulfilment and shipped internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Orders are prepared according to standard handling measures and dispatched as quickly as possible. International delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Where are the products made?
Hanrej eyewear is manufactured in Italy and shipped with a protective hard case.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit and the issue is not caused by the customer, we will arrange a replacement solution where stock is available.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and handling reasons, returns are not accepted at this time. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us and our team will review the case.

As of March 1, 2025, all products, services, and operations related to Hanrej — including the website hanrej.world — are managed exclusively by this company.
No Connection to Prior Activity
Before the relaunch, the Hanrej brand was dormant. Blessed Drivers, Unipessoal Lda did not acquire the prior business entity, records, or customer obligations — only the brand name and rights.
We had no involvement in any past activity and have no knowledge of, or affiliation with, the individuals or entities previously associated with the brand. We did not receive any customer data, order history, or revenue from earlier transactions.
We are therefore not responsible or liable for any orders, refunds, customer service matters, or representations made before March 1, 2025.
Voluntary Support Policy
While we are under no obligation to do so, we’ve chosen in some cases to assist customers affected by prior issues. This is offered entirely as a gesture of goodwill, not as an admission of liability or continuation of the former business.
Any assistance provided does not create legal responsibility or set a precedent for future claims.
Current Standards
From March 1, 2025 onward, all Hanrej products are designed, manufactured, and shipped through systems established by Blessed Drivers, including our logistics partner Flex Fulfilment. All commercial activity is subject to our current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available on this website.
